This public website does not collect application, registration, login, or student-record information. If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide through your phone or email service.

Secure registration and authenticated school services are handled separately through portal.cnatrainingcenter.com. Depending on the step, the portal may collect contact details, education and career information, cohort preferences, attendance and academic records, and admission or clinical-clearance documents.

We use information to answer questions; administer admissions, cohorts, training, attendance, competencies, records, and student support; communicate required next steps; protect accounts and documents; comply with school and regulatory obligations; and improve service reliability.

An enrollment inquiry is not an application and does not reserve a seat. Information collected through a secure registration or student workflow is used for that workflow and related school administration.

We do not sell applicant or student information. We may disclose only what is reasonably needed to vendors that operate school systems, email, hosting, security, document scanning, or other contracted services; approved instructors and clinical partners involved in training; regulators or public authorities when required; and professional advisers or successors involved in a lawful business process.

Service providers are expected to use information for the assigned service. Information may also be disclosed to protect safety, investigate misuse, establish legal rights, or comply with valid legal process.

Admission documents are uploaded through a server-controlled process, quarantined for a safety scan, and unavailable to staff until approved by that process. Direct browser access to stored files is denied. Access by authorized staff is logged.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system can promise absolute security. Record retention depends on the record type, enrollment outcome, school obligations, and any legal hold. Rejected and replaced file copies are removed through a controlled cleanup workflow. The school is finalizing its detailed retention schedule with compliance review and will update this policy when that schedule is approved.

The public website does not initialize Firebase, load Firebase Analytics, or use browser storage for student accounts. The separate secure portal uses the storage and security mechanisms needed for registration and authenticated access.

You may ask to access or correct information associated with you, withdraw optional communication consent, or ask a privacy question. Some records cannot be deleted while needed for enrollment, education, safety, a legal hold, or another applicable obligation. We may need to verify identity before completing a request.

The public site is not directed to children under 13. Applicants under 18 must follow the school’s minor-enrollment process and applicable parent or guardian requirements. External sites have their own privacy practices.

We may update this policy as systems, school practices, or requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Also review our Terms of Use.
