Website content describes the school and its current planning in general terms. Cohort dates, capacity, tuition, fees, clinical requirements, admission decisions, and program details may change until confirmed in writing by the school. A portal registration or cohort preference does not guarantee admission, enrollment, certification, employment, or a reserved seat.

Application, document, team, and student access is personal to the authorized user. Do not share a secure link, session, password, or verification code. You are responsible for accurate submissions and for notifying the school promptly if access may be compromised. We may revoke access to protect records, investigate misuse, or administer a student’s status.

Do not attempt to access another person’s record, bypass security, disrupt the service, upload malicious or unlawful material, misrepresent your identity, scrape protected content, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person’s rights. Security testing requires prior written permission.

Unless otherwise stated, the school’s text, branding, curriculum-related materials, and site design are owned by or licensed to Caregiver Training & Huduma Center LLC. Personal, noncommercial use does not transfer ownership. External links are provided for convenience; those services control their own content and terms.

The enrollment agreement, school catalog, schedule, and policies provided for a cohort govern the student relationship. If website content conflicts with a signed agreement or required school disclosure, the applicable signed agreement and controlling law govern. Review the Refund and Cancellation Notice before paying.

We work to keep the site accurate, secure, and available, but online services may be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, the site is provided for school information and administration without guarantees beyond those stated in a signed agreement or required by law. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
