Refund & Cancellation Notice
The exact cancellation deadlines, refund calculation, tuition, and fees for your cohort are provided in the enrollment agreement before you sign or pay.
Effective August 15, 2026
The website does not replace your cohort’s signed enrollment agreement. Ask admissions for a copy, read it carefully, and keep the agreement and every payment receipt.
How to cancel or withdraw
Send a clear written notice to admissions@cnatrainingcenter.com. Include your name, cohort, contact information, and the date you want the notice recorded. You may also deliver notice to 30821 Pacific Hwy S, Federal Way, WA 98003. Keep a copy and evidence of delivery.
Calling the school can help resolve questions quickly, but use written notice when you intend to cancel or withdraw so the date and request are clear.
How a refund is determined
The school applies the cancellation and refund provisions in the signed enrollment agreement and applicable Washington requirements. The calculation may depend on the date notice is received, whether training has begun, attendance or instructional time completed, payments received, and any charges identified in the agreement.
Admissions will provide a written account of the applicable calculation. This page intentionally does not publish a percentage schedule until the school’s approved enrollment agreement is supplied for the website; publishing an unapproved schedule could mislead students.
If the school changes or cancels a cohort
If the school cannot provide the confirmed cohort as agreed, it will communicate available remedies and any refund due under the enrollment agreement and applicable requirements. A student does not waive external complaint rights by asking the school to resolve the issue first.
Questions or disagreement
Contact admissions at (206) 460-9022 or the email above. If the issue is not resolved, follow the school and external options on the Student Grievance page.
